We are seeking a highly professional, experienced, and well-presented Stadium Supervisor to join our growing team. Applicants must hold a Level 3 Spectator Safety qualification and possess demonstrable experience working within stadia or large-scale event environments.

This role requires an individual who understands the importance of balancing safety, security, and exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for spectators, clients, and staff alike.

About the Role

  • Ensure all client policies, procedures, and site instructions are adhered to at all times.
  • Maintain a visible, professional, and approachable presence throughout the stadium.
  • Support the delivery of a safe and secure environment for all visitors, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Supervise and manage access control points.
  • Conduct internal and external patrols of the venue.
  • Coordinate crowd management activities and ensure all critical event positions are effectively covered.
  • Lead, support, and deploy security personnel during events.
  • Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Liaise professionally with stadium management, emergency services, and other key stakeholders when required.
  • Respond effectively to incidents and emergencies, ensuring appropriate action is taken.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and represent the company professionally at all times.

Requirements

  • Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential).
  • Level 3 Spectator Safety Qualification (essential).
  • Proven experience working within stadiums, sporting venues, or similar crowd management environments.
  • Strong leadership, conflict management, and decision-making abilities.
  • Smart, professional appearance and demeanour.
  • Ability to remain calm, confident, and decisive under pressure.
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Strong understanding of health, safety, and security procedures within event environments.
