Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Warehouse Operative/Forklift Driver to join our dynamic logistics team. Duties

• Safely operate forklift trucks to load, unload, and transport materials within the warehouse
• Assist with shipping and receiving processes, verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation
• Use warehouse management systems to track inventory levels, update stock records, and ensure data accuracy
• Perform routine equipment inspections and basic repairs to maintain operational safety and efficiency
• Handle materials with care, employing proper lifting techniques for heavy or bulky items
• Support warehouse organization by stacking, sorting, and storing goods systematically
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational targets and maintain a clean, safe working environment

Requirements

• Proven experience working in a warehouse environment with familiarity in materials handling
• Valid forklift certification with demonstrated ability to operate equipment safely
• Mechanical knowledge or experience with equipment repair is a plus
• Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory control
• Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying shipments accurately
• Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout shifts
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures to ensure proper documentation and handling
