Early Years Educator

Responsibilities:

Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate play-based and structured learning activities. Observe, assess, and document each child's growth, milestones, and individual needs. Create a safe, clean, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning and play. Encourage positive social interactions, independence, and basic self-care routines. Build strong, professional relationships with parents and guardians through regular updates. Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and child protection guidelines at all times.

Requirements:

 Minimum qualification of N.C.E, OND, Diploma, or B.Ed. in Early Childhood Education or a related field. Montessori certification or an early childhood teaching credential is an added advantage. 1 year of experience working as an Early Years Educator or Assistant Teacher.

Excellent communication, patience, creativity, basic computer literacy, and strong classroom management skills. Must reside in or close to Shomolu.
