Store Supervisor

Your tasks

• Oversee and monitor all front and back of the cafe & restaurant operations
• Ensure customer satisfaction through promoting excellent service; respond to customer complaints tactfully and professionally
• Prepare reports (Sales, Inventory, Staffing, etc)
• Present operational performance and key issues during monthly management meeting
• Ensure employees receive proper training and ongoing development to maintain high service standards
• Oversee health code compliance and sanitation standards
• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in any field (preferably in hospitality/tourism).
• Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English
• At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor/Coordinator specialized in Food/Beverage especially in Coffee Industry
• Willing to work on holidays
• Passionate in FnB or Coffee Industry
• Flexible work placement
