Export Coordinator

We are working with a smaller forwarder who are looking to recruit 2 x Export Coordinators.

Our client is looking for good start to finish experience of Air Exports, Road and Sea experience is advantage.

The role involves: Managing export documentation. Updating customers. Ensuring compliance for export regulations for Air, Sea freight. Preparing quotations. Preparing Air waybills, liaising with airlines and sea freight carriers. Export customs.

Experience. Good start to finish Air Export experience. Any Sea, road export experience advantage. Good Air Customs experience, any Sea advantage. Good experience of Export documentation and compliance. Strong communication / customer service skills. Used to working in a fast-paced environment. Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm Salary depends on experience.
