Air, Sea Import or Export Operator

We have an exciting opportunity due to growth for an Import or Export Operations Coordinator working for an established busy Smaller Freight Forwarder

Ideally, we are looking for ideally both Import/Exports Air, Sea, however if you have either Imports or Exports our client will train on the other, along with if you only have one or 1-2 Modes then they will train on the others.

This role is varied and working within a team environment, along with opportunities to develop.

Role Involves:

• Start to finish experience.
• Organising Transport.
• Ideally Import & Export or if one happy to learn the others.
• Dealing with Air, Sea, if you have 1-2 of these and happy to learn the others Air is a must.
• Dealing with customs entries.
• Coordinating Shipments Worldwide.
• Used to building customer relationships.

Experience.

• Experience required within Freight Forwarding experience.
• Start To Finish experience
• Ideally knowledge of both Import & Exports advantage or one and happy to train on other.
• Ideally knowledge of Air, Sea advantage, if only 1 will train on the other.
• Previous experience of building Customer Relationships.
• Good IT skills.

Used to working in a busy environment

• Box Top knowledge advantage.

Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm Car Driver ideally required due to location.
