Flooring Sales Associate
*Are you an experienced flooring professional who enjoys working with people and building relationships?*
We are looking for an *outgoing, motivated, and personable Flooring Sales Associate* to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who understands the flooring industry, enjoys helping customers find the right products, and is confident getting out into the community to develop new business relationships.
What You?ll Do
- Meet with residential and commercial customers to understand their flooring needs and recommend the right products
- Provide knowledgeable, professional product advice and help customers make confident purchasing decisions
- Prepare quotes, follow up with customers, and manage sales from initial consultation through completion of the installation
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, contractors, builders, designers, restoration companies, and other industry professionals
- Proactively get out into the community and build new business relationships
- Identify new sales opportunities and help grow our customer base
- Maintain strong knowledge of flooring products, installation requirements, and current industry trends
- Work closely with our installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- Deliver exceptional customer service and represent our company professionally
- Order materials and track shipments
What We?re Looking For
- *Minimum 2 years of previous flooring industry experience ? required*
- Strong knowledge of flooring products and installation processes
- Outgoing, social, and confident personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable meeting new people and developing professional relationships
- Self-motivated and willing to take initiative to generate new business
- Strong sales and customer-service skills
- Organized and able to manage multiple customers and projects at once
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Valid driver's licence is an asset

Pay: Up to $80,000.00 per year
