We are seeking a competent and experienced Hospital Cook.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare nutritious and hygienic meals for patients and staff.

• Follow prescribed patient dietary requirements and special meal instructions.

• Maintain high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness, and kitchen sanitation.

• Properly store and handle food items to prevent contamination and wastage.

• Monitor kitchen supplies and report shortages when necessary.

• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment and work areas.

• Follow all hospital food safety and infection prevention guidelines.

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE/OND or relevant catering qualification.

• Previous experience as a cook, preferably in a hospital, healthcare facility, hotel, or institutional kitchen.

• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety practices.

• Ability to prepare a variety of local and continental meals.

• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and follow instructions.

• Good personal hygiene and a responsible attitude.
