Activity Guide – Snowmobile, ice fishing & winter adventures in Swedish Lapland

Do you want to spend the winter in one of Sweden's most fantastic winter environments? At First Camp Arcus – Luleå, you will have the opportunity to work with international guests and create unforgettable experiences. We need to complement our team with an additional activity guide ahead of the winter season November 2026 – March/April 2027. During the winter, we welcome guests from all over the world who want to experience winter through snowmobile tours, ice fishing, northern lights, snowshoe hiking, and other unique nature experiences.

No two days are alike – one day you are guiding a snowmobile tour through snow-covered forests, the next day you are helping guests catch their first fish through the ice or telling stories about life in Swedish Lapland around an open fire.

Your duties

As an activity guide, you are our face to the world and are responsible for ensuring our guests have a safe, professional, and memorable experience.

The work includes, among other things:

Guiding snowmobile tours, ice fishing, and other winter activities.

Welcoming, instructing, and taking care of international guests.

Ensuring that safety routines are followed and that the correct equipment is used.

Telling stories about nature, culture, and life in Swedish Lapland.

Preparing and checking equipment before and after activities.

Assisting with the care and maintenance of equipment and activity areas.

Contributing to creating a warm and personal experience for every guest.

Who are you?

You are:

Comfortable working outdoors in a winter climate.

A person who enjoys sharing your knowledge of nature and outdoor life.

We would prefer if you have

B-driver's license (requirement).

Good knowledge of English in speaking and writing.

Experience in guiding, tourism, or service is a merit.

Experience in snowmobile driving, outdoor life, or winter activities is a merit.

Snowmobile license, BE-driver's license, and/or nature guide training is a merit.

Language skills in French is a requirement.
