Property Technician to First Camp Björknäs -Boden

Your mission
With us, you will get to help shape the future of our destination and contribute to the business's success. As a technician, you are responsible for daily supervision, operation, maintenance, care, and technical systems. The role is suitable for you who thinks ahead, likes innovative technology, and problem-solving. You will also work with energy efficiency and operational optimization of existing facilities and systems, for example heating and ventilation, through current state analyses and improvement proposals that strengthen the business economically, technically, and environmentally.
Your tasks include:
Being the driving force behind operation, service, and maintenance to ensure sustainable and efficient management.
Responsible for our local external service agreements, which requires both strategic thinking and the ability to build long-term relationships.
Monitor and develop systems for fire protection, security, and water supply.
Personnel responsibility for both permanent and seasonal employees within property/caretaking and cleaning, including work management and planning of their daily work.
Effective communication and collaboration with external suppliers.
Responsibility for the purchase of business-related products.
Collaboration with the regional property manager and property managers at other destinations within and outside the region.
Your role will contain a lot of administration and planning, but also contains a high degree of operational work; on-call duty is also included in the position. You report to the Destination Manager and Property Manager North.

We wish that you have the following experiences and qualifications:
You who apply have post-secondary education (at least a KY-education with a focus on property operations, swimming pool technology, or equivalent).
The position requires a good ability to take own initiatives in daily work and to work independently and structured.
You need to be a problem-solver, as well as have a service-oriented way of working.
The position includes personnel responsibility, which means we place great emphasis on good and documented leadership qualities.
You will work together with many different customers and colleagues, which requires both the ability to cooperate and good communication skills.
Experience from working with various types of procurement.
The ability to see the whole picture and work in accordance with overall business goals and type of operation.
You also need to be able to handle English in speech and writing without hindrance.

Terms
The position is a permanent employment with 100% working time and is covered by a collective agreement. Working hours vary and also include early mornings, evenings, and weekends. The salary follows Unionens collective agreement.
