Your tasks

What will you do with us? Operate and manage production lines Personally and operationally manage a team of 5-15 production workers Be responsible for the proper operation of production stations, station inventory, and production quality. Perform preparations at the start of the shift and cleanup at the end of the shift. Work with shift managers, receiving workers, תפ"י, etc.

Requirements

Technical orientation - Mandatory. Mobility - Mandatory Basic English at a conversational level - Mandatory Ability to motivate employees astutely and manage - Mandatory High personal responsibility, good interpersonal skills, willingness to work under pressure.
