The home of successful and beloved brands: OREO, MILKA, Pampers, Gillette and more - Diplomat Israel is recruiting a Supply and Demand Planner (Maternity Leave Replacement) to join the leading team of the Logistics division.
Your tasks
Diplomat Israel, your success - our challenge! What will you do with us? You will plan demand and build accurate sales forecasts, taking into account changing events and marketing and sales influences, and in accordance with market trends and defined parameters. You will coordinate and execute product orders based on demand forecasts, exercising logistical and business judgment. You will be responsible for product availability in the category, at the right time and at the optimal cost. You will manage interfaces with suppliers: checking approvals, monitoring open orders, controlling and approving all order details, and updating status according to dynamic changes. You will lead container routing processes and shipment coordination with logistics entities. You will work continuously with internal interfaces: Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Accounting, and other entities. You will manage inventory, analyze data and reports, and produce insights for process improvement and decision-making.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree graduates in Industrial Engineering and Management - Mandatory. High level of English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) - Mandatory. Coming with at least one year of experience in a similar role: Planner / Inventory Planner / Inventory Controller - Mandatory. Full command of Office applications, with an emphasis on advanced Excel (report building and data analysis). Ability to work in a team alongside independent work. Available for full-time employment. Ability to commute independently.
