Supply and Demand Planner

What will you do with us?

• Plan demand and build accurate sales forecasts, taking into account changing events and marketing and sales influences, and in accordance with market trends and defined parameters.
• Coordinate and execute product orders based on demand forecasts, exercising logistical and business judgment.
• Be responsible for product availability in the category, at the right time and at the optimal cost.
• Manage interfaces with suppliers: checking approvals, monitoring open orders, controlling and approving all order details, and updating status according to dynamic changes.
• Lead container routing processes and shipment coordination with logistics entities.
• Work continuously with internal interfaces: Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Accounts Payable, and other entities.
• Manage inventory, analyze data and reports, and derive insights for process improvement and decision-making.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree graduates in Industrial Engineering and Management - Mandatory.
• High level of English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) - Mandatory.
• Coming with at least one year of experience in a similar role: Planner / Inventory Planner / Inventory Controller - Mandatory.
• Full command of Office applications, with an emphasis on advanced Excel (report building and data analysis).
• Ability to work in a team alongside independent work.
• Available for full-time employment.
• Ability to commute independently.
