What will you do with us?

• Lead the commercial activity in the channel and be responsible for meeting sales and profitability targets.
• Manage and develop sales teams, Sales Managers, and KAM, while strengthening sales and trading capabilities.
• Lead the implementation of work plans and the commercial strategy in the channel, while meeting business targets.
• Manage and monitor collection processes, availability, and distribution in accordance with company targets.
• Analyze business performance, derive insights, and lead continuous improvement processes to optimize commercial activity.
• Perform monitoring and control of operational metrics and ensure effective execution of work plans.
• Work in collaboration with internal organizational interfaces to promote the business goals of the channel.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree graduates - Mandatory.
• Bringing proven experience in managing sales teams.
• Ability to motivate employees and lead multiple interfaces.
• Bringing high negotiation skills and a business orientation.
• Proficiency in Office software and Excel at a high level.
• High analytical skills and business understanding.
• Familiarity with SAP system - An advantage.
• Proficiency in English at a good level.
