Accounting Officer (Overseas)
• Manage and oversee accounting and finance workflows to ensure compliance with company policies and manage accounting operations efficiently • Verify documents, maintain accounting systems, and coordinate with auditors • Prepare various financial reports, such as monthly and quarterly financial statements, consolidated financial statements, annual financial statements, and other related reports, while ensuring accurate and timely month-end closing • Review various monthly tax reports to ensure accurate and timely submission to the Revenue Department, such as VAT, PIT, WHT, CIT • Comply with financial legal requirements by studying existing and new laws, enforcing compliance, and advising management on necessary actions • Audit all accounts receivable, checking for accuracy, including ensuring timely payments from debtors and ensuring they are recorded accurately and completely • Coordinate with internal teams and other departments to ensure task completion • Manage overseas data and financial statements • Responsible for other related tasks and duties assigned by the manager
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting Proficient in Microsoft Office 3 years of experience or more Detail-oriented and accurate Good English communication skills Ability to work under pressure Creative, responsible, and punctual Excellent communication and coordination skills Ready to develop skills and learn new things Good interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and able to manage an accounting team
