Quality System Officer

Plan, define policies, and control the Integrated Management System (IMS) covering BRCGS, HACCP, Sustainability standards (ESG), and Carbon Footprint management (CFP/CFO) to enhance food safety, drive the organization towards sustainability, and comply with international standards.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare, review, and control quality policies and organizational quality objectives (KPIs) in collaboration with management.
2. Manage the Document Control system throughout the entire factory system.
3. Plan and manage Internal Audit programs for all systems (BRCGS, ISO, CFP).
4. Act as the primary coordinator for external audits from Auditors and government agencies.
5. Prepare information and present agendas for Management Review meetings.
6. Plan and drive Food Safety Culture Excellence activities throughout the organization.
7. Sustainable: Control and collect data to calculate and obtain certification for Carbon Footprint of Products (CFP) and Carbon Footprint of Organization (CFO), including environmental and social standard systems (e.g., ISO 14001, Sedex/SMETA).

Qualifications: Gender: Male/Female, age not exceeding 40 years. Bachelor's degree or higher in Science, Food Science, or other related fields. New graduates are welcome; experience in quality management systems within the food industry will be specially considered. Knowledge of quality systems such as GMP, HACCP, ISO22000, FSMA, or BRCGS will be specially considered. Able to communicate and use English. Able to drive a car and possess a driver's license.
