Import Representative, Building Equipment Field - with knowledge in reading blueprints

• Continuous contact with international suppliers
• Operation of purchase orders from the requirement stage until the goods arrive at the warehouse and quality control
• Receiving price quotes from suppliers, comparing, and analyzing them
• Working with various interfaces within the group - Finance, Logistics, Marketing, and more
• Operation of agreements, inventory tracking, and report generation
• Checking technical blueprints, specifications, and product files against suppliers and quality factors
• Working hours: 08:00-17:00 (flexibility will be provided)
• Good command of English: writing, reading, and speaking at a level that allows professional communication with international suppliers - Mandatory!
• Proficiency in Excel and experience in SAP - Advantage.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical specifications - Mandatory.
• Technical background and ability to understand industrial products - Advantage.
• Experience in the field of import / international trade - Advantage
• Familiarity with the construction field, construction equipment, or engineering equipment - Significant advantage.
