Tobol is recruiting an Import Representative for the Building Equipment field!

Want to integrate into the world of international procurement? An opportunity to join a stable role and acquire in-depth professional knowledge in the fields of import and procurement.

• Continuous contact with international suppliers
• Operation of purchase orders from the requisition stage until the arrival of goods to the warehouse and quality control
• Receiving quotations from suppliers, comparing, and analyzing them
• Working with various interfaces within the group – Finance, Logistics, Marketing, and more
• Operation of agreements, inventory monitoring, and report generation
• Checking technical drawings, specifications, and product files against suppliers and quality factors
• Working hours: 08:00-17:00 (flexibility will be provided)
• Good command of English: writing, reading, and speaking at a level that allows professional communication with international suppliers – Mandatory!
• Proficiency in Excel and experience in SAP – Advantage.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and specifications – Mandatory.
• Technical background and ability to understand industrial products – Advantage.
• Experience in the field of import / international trade – Advantage
• Familiarity with the construction field, construction equipment, or engineering equipment – Significant advantage.
