R&D Supervisor

• Research and develop formulas, test, and analyze new products
• Plan analysis and problem-solving in the working processes of new and old product development
• Monitor laws and regulations to ensure compliance with both domestic and international announcements
• Control the standards of raw materials and packaging to ensure quality, as well as source new types of raw materials and packaging to develop in accordance with requirements
• Other assigned tasks

Qualifications: Male - Female, age 25-30 years old Bachelor's degree or higher in Food Technology, Food Engineering, or related fields Have experience in the field for 2 years or more Have knowledge and understanding of GMP, Halal, BRC, ISO systems, and food laws Those ready to start work immediately will be given special consideration Good interpersonal skills, leadership qualities, and patience Able to communicate in English at a good level
