- Overall responsibility for the control and continuous improvement of management reports, cash flow, and profitability metrics
- Routine work with banks, authorities, consultants, and financing entities
- Financial support for tenders, engagements, and commercial agreements
- Leading procurement processes and managing negotiations with suppliers in Israel and abroad
- Development of control mechanisms, automation, and decision-support tools for managers
- Thought and strategic partnership with senior management and the CEO
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
- 5+ years of experience as a CFO in an operational company with a turnover of 200+ million NIS
- Proven experience in team management and interfacing with senior management
- High proficiency in Excel and financial data analysis
- Experience working with banks, regulatory bodies, and tenders
- Broad business understanding, ability to dive into details alongside a systemic view
- Experience in the implementation and deployment of ERP and BI systems
- High level of English
- Performance-oriented character, high personal responsibility, proactive thinking, and ability to work under pressure
