Process Engineer

Establish the sequence of work execution and the operation-by-operation route for part processing and product assembly. Create plans for equipment layout, technical equipment, and workstation organization, calculate production capacities and equipment load. Participate in the development of technically substantiated time standards (output), linear and network schedules, in the refinement of product designs for manufacturability, calculate material consumption standards (norms for raw materials, semi-finished products, materials, tools, process fuel, energy), and the economic efficiency of designed technological processes. Develop technological standards, instructions, assembly diagrams, routing cards, technical level and product quality maps, and other technological documentation; make changes to technical documentation in connection with the adjustment of technological processes and production modes.

Requirements

Skills in working with technical documentation (technological standards, instructions, routing cards), knowledge of English and Chinese languages.

Secondary vocational education; Experience: 3 years
