Bar Back - Assist Bartender - BTS Phrom Phong

Your tasks

• Welcome and greet customers politely; take drink orders from customers or servers.
• Mix and prepare cocktails/drinks and snacks for customers according to standards.
• Prepare and maintain the bar to be in an orderly condition according to standards.
• Manage stock of drinks, spirits, and equipment to ensure sufficiency.
• Report problems or abnormalities to the supervisor.
• Have comprehensive knowledge of the drink menu and wine list.
• Answer questions from customers and staff politely and follow up on issues quickly.
• Maintain standards of grooming, personality, and cleanliness.

Requirements

1. Male / Female, 22-35 years old.
2. Able to communicate, take orders, introduce oneself, and possess basic English communication skills.
3. At least 1 year of Bartender experience; knowledge of various Cocktail ingredients will be specially considered.
4. Responsible, punctual, and able to be flexible with working hours.
5. Able to work as a team, helpful, and able to assist with other tasks beyond the regular position.
6. No criminal record.
7. Thai nationality.
