Chemist

• Check and maintain analytical instruments according to the specified intervals
• Calibrate measuring instruments and verify calibration certificates
• Inspect chemicals used for analysis and chemicals used in the production process
• Check, record stock, and order chemicals to ensure sufficient supply for analysis
• Prepare chemicals for use in analysis
• Control the correct and safe use of chemicals
• Establish standards for chemicals used in analysis and chemicals used in the production process
• Prepare, update, and revise FM, LB, SD, and WI documents within the department
• Record analysis result reports and summarize internal department meeting results
• Analyze test results within the department according to WI
• Participate in PT and Inter Lab testing programs with external agencies
• Prepare work plan summaries and budgets for supervisor review
• Train, control, and monitor the performance of quality analysts
• Plan departmental work in collaboration with shift leaders and department heads
• Support departmental work to achieve objectives
• Coordinate with related departments

Qualifications: Male/Female Age 23-35 years old Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering Skills in ISO/ IEC17025 and ISO9001, GMP, HACCP, HALAL, FSSC, and others Knowledge of chemical usage, analytical instruments, and standard methods for sugar analysis Good skills in speaking, reading, and writing English Proficient in computer usage, such as Microsoft words, Microsoft excel, and others Responsible for duties, understands the work, and can develop work processes Daring to think, daring to make decisions, and able to solve problems appropriately Good communication skills and good interpersonal skills with colleagues Able to work in shifts
