Lean & Process Improvement Engineer (Senior/Engineer)

• Analyze and improve production processes according to Lean Manufacturing concepts
• Improve production lines, machinery, and Layout to increase efficiency
• Participate in designing and installing new machinery or improving existing machinery
• Manage production process improvement projects (Project-based improvement)
• Coordinate with Supplier / machinery manufacturers for line improvement work
• Monitor results regarding Productivity, Cost, Quality, and Delivery
• Manage projects related to production capacity expansion

Qualifications: No gender restriction, Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Industrial / Mechanical / Electrical or related fields) Experience in Lean / Process Improvement in industrial factories Understanding of machinery and production line operations Skills in on-site analysis (Gemba, VSM, Line balancing) Able to work on-site and communicate with Suppliers Able to work under pressure Good level of English communication skills Practical experience in production process improvement will be specially considered
