Quality Control Supervisor (Panel Plus Co., Ltd. Hatyai Plant)

Your tasks

• Analyze quality inspection results of raw materials and products throughout the production process, collect results for presentation to supervisors, and issue Certificates to each customer.
• Control, analyze, and evaluate daily raw material usage to ensure it meets specified targets.
• Collect data and conduct various special tests to serve as guidelines for analysis and coordinate with the Production department to improve product quality, increase production capacity, and reduce costs.
• Coordinate with various departments to resolve product quality issues during daily production and participate in analyzing long-term solutions.
• Have an understanding of and control product quality according to JIS A5905, JIS A 5908, JIS Q 1001, and JIS Q 17025 standards.

Requirements

1. Degree in Forestry, Science, Wood Science and Technology, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
2. At least 1 year of experience in quality control within the rubberwood industry.
3. Good communication and negotiation skills.
4. Effective problem-solving and planning skills.
5. Ability to work well under pressure and within specified timeframes.
6. Proficient in using computer programs and AI.
7. Ability to communicate in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing) at a good level.
