Planning and Warehouse Dispatch Officer (Mit Phuviang) 2-Year Fixed Term Contract

Your tasks

• Plan warehouse management to align with the Logistic system
• Execute Supply chain operations from order processing to customer service to ensure continuous and efficient operations
• Plan storage and product delivery in accordance with the logistic system
• Supervise and control the receiving, storage, and dispatch of sugar and molasses
• Monitor and control SAP stock to ensure it matches actual physical stock
• Supervise and maintain machinery, equipment, and various tools used in the department to ensure they are always in working condition

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields
2. TOEIC score of 350 (if none, additional testing can be taken)
3. Skills in controlling/inspecting product quality and production machinery
4. Skills in work planning and personnel management
5. Good negotiation and coordination skills
6. Computer skills in SAP and Excel
7. Knowledge of AI to develop systems
8. Skills in budget management and production cost management
9. Male, must have completed military service
