Operation Manager - Medical Wellness

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage clinic operations to ensure efficiency
• Control service standards, quality, and safety
• Manage schedules for doctors, nurses, and staff to ensure smooth operations
• Oversee VIP customers from pre-service, during treatment, to post-treatment
• Coordinate with doctors and multidisciplinary teams
• Resolve problems and manage complaints professionally

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing (holding a professional license will be given special consideration) At least 5 years of experience in clinic or Wellness Center management Experience in Medical Wellness, Longevity, Anti-Aging, Regenerative Medicine Leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and solve immediate problems Excellent communication and customer service skills Good interpersonal skills, healthy, and neat appearance Good command of English (Chinese language skills will be given special consideration) Good personality, polite, and service-minded
