Tenders & Hospital and Private Clinic Sales Department Employee

The KIFIDIS ORTHOPEDIC GROUP (www.kifidis-orthopedics.gr), for the needs of the company, will select a Tenders & Hospital and Private Clinic Sales Department Employee.

Main Responsibilities:

• Actively participates in the "bidding process" for project acquisition
• Prepares Tenders participation Files (collection of supporting documents, legalization documents, etc.) in the Public and Private sectors for Hospitals, Clinics, Organizations
• Systematically studies Declarations & current Legislation regarding the procedures for participating in public tenders
• Follows the prescribed procedures and carries out all necessary actions to ensure successful submission of participation
• Knows and handles Electronic Tender systems – platforms to an excellent degree
• Ensures the correctness of the submission process and monitors its progress

Required Qualifications:

• Essential knowledge and experience in a similar position in Medical and Orthopedic Consumables and Equipment
• Degree from AEI/TEI or a foreign university
• Knowledge of English (C1/C2)
• Polite and pleasant personality
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel)
• Desirable knowledge of ERP
• Ability for teamwork
