Design Engineer (โรงงานอยุธยา)

1. Design product and equipment with consideration for Manufacturability, assembly, and operational safety.
2. Analyze and improve designs to enhance manufacturing efficiency , reduce waste, and lower production costs.
3. Design, fabricate, and provide technical support for the repair, modification, and maintenance of molds, machinery , production equipment , and manufacturing support tools.
4. Support quality control activities and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
5. Able to work smoothly across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications: ฺBacherlor degree or higher at Mechanical , Polymer Engineering or related field. A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience. Has basic knowledge of machine and mold design, strength of materials, heat transfer, and fluid mechanics. Able to interpret and prepare engineering drawings, and proficient in using CAD software such as Solidworks and AutoCAD. Has a strong understanding of Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles. Has and understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining ,welding,molding , and assembly. Experience in design for manufacturing , Working collaboratively with production and maintenance teams, or involvement in mold esign, fabrication , or improvement will be and advantage
