Design Engineer

• calculation of cost estimates for the implementation of planned projects for the commissioning of new communication facilities;- collection and submission of data for conducting open requests for quotations (procurement) when selecting contracting organizations and purchasing equipment;- participation in the preparation of the company's investment plan;- implementation of the plan for commissioning new satellite communication channels;- participation in the commissioning of planned communication channels (preliminary configuration, assembly of the scheme, connection, conducting necessary testing schemes);- preparation of radio frequency applications to the State Commission on Radio Frequencies (ГКРЧ) for the allocation of radio frequency bands for the use of the company's radio-electronic facilities;- control of the processes for filing applications for the granting of licenses for activities in the field of providing communication services;- control of the work on accounting for downtime of communication channels on communication networks.

Requirements

Knowledge of:- regulatory documents, methodological and guidance materials for the preparation of design and estimate and estimate-financial documentation;- rules for conducting expertise of contracts and related documents;- regulatory documents regulating the quality of satellite and terrestrial satellite communication channels;- structural diagrams of communication channels organized using АПС;- basic technical characteristics, design, operating principles, and technical operation rules of ЗССС equipment;- technical English.

Higher education — specialist degree, master's degree; Experience: 3 years
