Machine operators on metalworking machines (CNC). Making changes to the NC program to optimize cutting modes and cutting tool movement trajectories. Correcting defects recorded in the defect database during CNC machine operation. Making changes to the software code to eliminate identified machine operation defects. Working on LT-C10T.10_RUS; CNC 832 C 10 lathes, with FANUC, SIEMENS CNC. Cutting licensed (premium) threads and threads in accordance with API requirements. Turning and finishing complex parts and tools, including those requiring repositioning and combined clamping using various fixtures and precise alignment in several planes. Turning external and internal shaped surfaces and surfaces mating with curvilinear cylindrical surfaces, with locations difficult to process and measure. Turning long shafts and screws using multiple steady rests. Cutting and rolling multi-start threads of various profiles and pitches. Turning complex large-sized parts and assemblies. Ability to read drawings and technological documentation. Machine debugging during operation.
Requirements
knowledge of English. Knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens controllers, tool position in machine parameters, and tool radius compensation. Knowledge of G- and M-codes. Knowledge of KD. Knowledge of the system of tolerances and fits. Experience working on lathes. Ability to program in CAM systems will be an advantage; relevant work experience from 5 years.
Secondary vocational education; setup of CNC machines, NC program debugging, knowledge of English, fluent reading of technical documentation; Experience: 5 years
