Purchasing Buyer required in the field of Infrastructure/Electronics/Raw Materials

• End-to-end procurement process management in construction and civil engineering/electronics/raw materials projects • Sourcing suppliers and subcontractors • Managing commercial negotiations and closing agreements with suppliers and contractors • Comparing price quotes and performing cost analysis • Routine work with project managers, engineering, finance, and planning • Issuing purchase orders, monitoring deliveries and schedules • Handling exceptions, delays, and supply issues • Budgetary control and management of procurement costs in projects • Working with contracts, technical specifications, and bills of quantities * Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management / Logistics / Economics - advantage * 7+ years of experience as a Buyer or Supplier Manager in technological fields - mandatory * Experience in negotiation management and understanding of supplier contracting - mandatory * Understanding of mechanical drawings and Statements of Work (SOW) - mandatory * Proficiency in ERP systems and computer applications - mandatory * Good level of English - mandatory
