Senior IT Procurement Specialist
Overall management of procurement processes in the technology fields, including software, hardware, information systems, cloud services, and communications; leading strategic engagements and annual agreements with local and international IT vendors independently.
End-to-end management of commercial negotiations, including proposal analysis, comparison of alternatives, formulation of negotiation strategies, risk identification, and closing optimal terms.
Leading contractual engagement processes in the IT field, in collaboration with legal, regulation, information security, finance, and business stakeholders.
Management and control of procurement processes in accordance with budget, organizational procedures, regulatory requirements, and business timelines.
Routine work with managers and internal organizational customers, while translating business and technological needs into procurement solutions and contractual feasibility.
Leading continuous improvement in procurement processes, task prioritization, process standardization, and strengthening control and measurement capabilities.
- At least 4 years of experience in IT procurement, with an emphasis on software, hardware, communications, technological services, and cloud solutions.
- Proven experience in leading complex and substantial agreements with local and global vendors, including significant commercial responsibility.
- Experience in managing complex commercial negotiations, including close work with legal counsel and control entities until the closing of an agreement.
- Understanding of software licensing models, SaaS, On-prem, etc.
- High level of English (writing, reading, and speaking)
