Draft Man Engineer

Job purpose :

• Responsible for designing, drafting, reviewing, and revising MEP and architectural drawings using AutoCAD and Revit, in accordance with assigned requirements and engineering standards.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and relevant departments to ensure that drawings are accurate, complete, and compliant with project requirements and applicable engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare construction drawings in accordance with BIM design standards.
• Create and revise floor plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings using AutoCAD for 2D drafting and Revit for 3D modeling.
• Perform clash detection and prepare Clash Detection Reports.
• Review drawings for accuracy and completeness against the provided specifications and requirements before submission.
• Update and revise drawings whenever there are changes based on instructions from architects or engineers. Clearly record the revision date and details in the drawing title block.
• Prepare and update As-Built Drawings based on actual site conditions.
• Prepare Bill of Materials (BOM) and supporting documentation for construction or manufacturing purposes.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and relevant departments to ensure that drawings are accurate, complete, and compliant with engineering standards and project requirements.

Qualifications: Ducation : Diploma (Vocational Certificate / Higher Vocational Certificate) or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related drafting/engineering fields. Hat require experience years (if have experience will be advantage) Proficient in AutoCAD 2D, Revit 3D, and Navisworks. Good knowledge and understanding of construction processes and MEP systems. Ability to create Building Information Modeling (BIM) models for drafting and design purposes. Ability to develop 3D models based on specifications and requirements provided by architects and engineers. Proficient in preparing BIM-based shop drawings and related project information. Good understanding of drafting standards, technical drawing interpretation, and preparation of construction drawings, including structural, architectural, MEP, and other related systems. Basic knowledge of construction materials. At least 1 year of direct experience in BIM/Revit drafting. Previous experience as a Site Engineer or experience supervising construction sites will be considered an advantage. Good interpersonal and communication skills when working with relevant departments.
