Senior Programmer

Requirements

Candidate requirements: Qualification: programmer / software developer. Work experience: from 3 years of commercial development (not freelance). Education: higher technical education, bachelor's degree and above. Language skills: English no lower than B1 Mandatory requirements: Strong software development skills and writing high-quality, maintainable code. Ability to independently understand a given task and propose a technical solution, rather than just executing a detailed technical specification. Ability to design algorithms and software components taking into account requirements for performance, reliability, and future maintenance. Experience in debugging, analyzing, and optimizing existing code. Ability to work with an existing codebase, understand others' solutions, and make reasoned decisions about their refinement or refactoring. Experience in conducting code review. Ability to estimate task complexity and take responsibility for meeting deadlines and results. Experience mentoring less experienced developers. High autonomy: ability to perform tasks without constant supervision from a manager. Discipline and responsibility for the result. Ability to argue technical solutions and interact constructively with the team.
