Beautrium | Area Manager

• Oversee the overall operations of stores within the assigned area to ensure they meet standards
• Clearly define daily and monthly sales targets and goals
• Determine budgets for store management, costs, and various expenses
• Plan manpower, develop potential, and evaluate employee performance
• Implement solutions for various issues and manage customer complaints effectively
• Summarize assigned reports and report results

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related fields At least 3 years of experience in retail business management Responsible and honest Leadership qualities with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication skills and a fair command of English Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint) Able to be flexible with working days and times
