Senior Cloud Services Engineer Phahonyothin Place Building BTS Ari

1. Install and configure solutions in Cloud environments (AWS / Azure / GCP) and On-Premise environments
2. Perform Infrastructure Monitoring, Log Management, APM, and Cloud connectivity
3. Configure Kubernetes monitoring (EKS / AKS / GKE) covering Nodes, Pods, and Containers
4. Create Dashboards, Monitors, and Alerting Policies
5. Assist in troubleshooting performance and reliability issues in Containerized environments
6. Work with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform / CloudFormation) for automated Monitoring system implementation
7. Collaborate with Sales / Pre-Sales teams to define scope and design POC environments
8. Prepare installation documentation and project handover documentation
9. Provide basic knowledge transfer to customers' technical teams
10. Support Post-Implementation Fine-Tuning

Qualifications: Gender not specified, Age 23-35 years (1-2+ years of experience) Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields Minimum 5 years of experience for Senior position Good English communication skills Experience in Backend and/or Frontend application development Fundamental knowledge of Linux and/or Windows Server and networking systems Familiar with Kubernetes architecture (Pods, Nodes, Services, Deployments) Basic understanding of system monitoring, Log management, and system performance concepts Experience with Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP Basic scripting skills (Bash, Python, or similar languages) Understanding of CI/CD Pipeline Good communication skills
