Your tasks

1. Manage Air Freight Operations (Air Freight Operations/Door-to-Door Express Service)

• Plan and control international shipments (Export) _______________________________________

1. Manage Operations Team (Operations Team)

• Supervise and manage the Air Freight team (Ops / CS / Documentation) • Schedule work and assign duties to the team • Develop team potential and resolve immediate problems (Delay / Customs / Lost / Damage) ________________________________________

1. Documentation & Customs (Documentation & Customs)

• Verify documents such as AWB, Invoice, Packing List, HS Code • Coordinate with Shipping line / Custom at Country Destination • Have knowledge and understanding of (DG, Food, Cosmetic, etc.) ________________________________________

1. Cost & Profit Management (Cost & Pricing)

• Analyze transportation costs (Freight / Surcharge / Handling) • Negotiate rates with airlines and Partners • Assist in determining competitive market Pricing with the Strategic Team • Monitor and control Margin and Profit of each shipment with the Strategic Team and Accounting team ________________________________________

1. Analyze and Develop Work Systems

• Analyze KPIs such as Transit time, Cost per shipment, Error rate • Improve workflow for efficiency • Implement new systems such as Tracking / Automation / CRM

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or higher with at least 3–5 years of experience in Air Freight / Freight Forwarder
2. Experience at Supervisor / Team Lead level will be specially considered
3. Good understanding of Air Freight systems (Export / Import)
4. Experience in Booking with Airlines and international Agents
5. Understand Incoterms, HS Code, Customs Clearance
6. Knowledge of DG (Dangerous Goods) will be an added advantage
7. Leadership skills
8. Good problem-solving skills and quick decision-making (Problem Solving)
9. Ability to work well under pressure
10. Negotiation skills (Negotiation)
11. Good English level (able to communicate with international parties)
