CEO for an HVAC engineering technology company

For a company engaged in representing international manufacturers and HVAC engineering technology solutions, including air treatment infrastructures, industrial air conditioning systems, laboratories, and more, the following is required: Business Operations Manager (CEO)

Main areas of responsibility:

• Full responsibility for the company's P&L profitability.
• Strengthening and positioning the company as a significant supplier in the field.
• Business development, for growth and expansion of business activities towards consultants, integrators, and engineers.
• Identifying opportunities, managing negotiations, tenders, and contracts, and leading large and complex project deals and sales both domestically and with suppliers abroad.
• Management of the company's sales, operations, and service systems, including towards external contractors and business partners. Management of a workforce of approximately 10-20 employees in the fields of engineering, sales, service, etc.

• Senior management experience (CEO / Deputy CEO) of at least 4 years, in a company engaged in the sale of complex engineering technology projects tailored to B2B customer needs in industry / construction infrastructure / laboratories / cleanrooms - Mandatory!
• Experience in the field of HVAC engineering technology solutions, air treatment, industrial air conditioning systems, hoods, and more on a large scale - Significant advantage!
• Managerial charisma and experience in leading and managing professionals in the mechanical, sales, service, etc., fields.
• Higher education in the field of engineering: Mechanical / Energy / Civil Engineering or a degree in Business Administration with proven management experience in the mechanical engineering field - Mandatory!
• Very good technical experience and understanding - Mandatory!
• Proven business orientation / experience in business development and working with clients (consultants, engineers, entrepreneurs, etc.) related to large construction projects in industry / hospitals and laboratories / institutions, etc.
• Very good business understanding and experience managing an independent profit center (P&L) - Mandatory!
• Experience with tender processes, project pricing, and contract management.
• Strategic thinking for building long-term business plans, alongside being field-connected, business entrepreneurship, and the ability to identify market opportunities.
• English at a very good level
