• Present/recommend/sell products to customers by identifying product advantages to maximize customer satisfaction/needs and ensuring customers return for future purchases to achieve sales targets set by the company
• Provide the best service to customers by demonstrating readiness and willingness to serve, listening to customer needs and problems with polite and appropriate words and gestures, and assisting customers without being asked to achieve maximum service satisfaction, serving as a good reputation and image for the branch
• Arrange products, restock products, maintain cleanliness, and inspect the orderliness of products including the sales area to ensure it is always organized to create convenience in finding/picking/making purchasing decisions for customers according to the established criteria

Qualifications: Thai nationality, age not exceeding 35 years old Education: High School - Bachelor's Degree 1-3 years of experience in clothing or lifestyle/home decor sales within the department store/retail business group Experience in Online sales will be specially considered Good personality with good communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills Have a passion for sales, love learning, and following various trends Diligent, patient, and love sales and service work Understand and be proficient in technology Can communicate English to some extent, and if proficient in other languages such as Chinese, Korean, or Japanese, will be specially considered Able to work according to mall opening – closing hours (shift work) Able to work 6 days/week
