Customer Service Officer @ ICONSIAM

About the role :

ICONSIAM is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team at the prestigious ICONSIAM development in Khlong San, Bangkok. This is a full-time position that will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service to our valued visitors.

What you'll be doing

• Welcome the customers and provide information about ICONSIAM
• Coordinating with the various departments to provide customers with more convenient services
• Oversee and facilitate all aspects of the Thailand and foreign customers

Hours of operation :  working 5 days/week

• 10.00 a.m.-20.00 p.m.
• 12.00 a.m.-22.00 p.m.

Qualifications: Male / Female, age not over 30 years old, Thai Nationality Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts, Humanities : Major in English / New Graduates are welcome Proficiency in English and Thai, both written and spoken Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers from diverse backgrounds Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in customer service or a similar role within the service industry A positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude Able to work in shift time
