Facilities Management Officer at ICONSIAM

• Inspect the common areas of ICONSIAM to ensure they are orderly and always meet standards.

• Coordinate with various departments to ensure that utility systems operate smoothly and are ready to serve customers.

• Coordinate with the Marketing Activities department and various agencies to maintain the orderliness of event spaces.

• Hand over and receive back common areas and event spaces, including inspecting for any damages.

• Manage the ambient music within ICONSIAM.

• Take responsibility for and repair common assets, furniture, sculptures, as well as signs and various media.

• Install public relations media and promotions for ICONSIAM and tenant stores.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher in any related field At least 2-3 years of work experience in building or shopping mall management Good command of English Good proficiency in Microsoft Office Possess leadership skills and a service mind Creative thinking Able to work on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays Able to work night shifts
