Store Manager - ICONSIAM Branch

• Store Management: Oversee overall store operations, inventory (Stock), and storefront cleanliness.
• Drive Sales: Plan and drive branch sales to meet the targets (KPI) set by the company.
• Service and Consultation: Perform eye examinations (if capable) and provide advice on selecting frames and lenses suitable for the customer's vision problems and usage.
• Team Management: Supervise, manage, and train sales staff (Optical Stylist) or opticians in the branch to provide services according to standards.
• Documentation Management: Oversee daily/monthly sales reports and other documentation related to branch management.

Qualifications: Gender: Male/Female, Age 35 years and above Education: Bachelor's degree or higher (If graduated in Optometry B.O. or holds an optician certificate, will be specially considered) At least 2-3 years of work experience in an optical shop and at least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or store manager role Good knowledge and understanding of ophthalmic lenses (e.g., single vision lenses, progressive lenses) and frame structures English communication, negotiation skills, and a service mind Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure Able to work in shifts according to the department store's opening-closing hours or as specified by the store
