Air and Sea Import Customer Service Referent

An international shipping company requires an Air and Sea Import Referent. As part of the role:

• Providing service to customers in the sea import field
• Opening orders in the system
• Routine work with agents and shipping companies in Israel and abroad
• Performing pricing and monitoring supplier and agent billings
• Checking shipment profitability
• Working with internal and external organizational interfaces
• Familiarity with the world of air and sea shipping in the import field
• Mandatory - Knowledge in international shipping - Mandatory - Operational experience - Significant advantage - Business English at a good level - Mandatory (mainly writing in emails) - Office with an emphasis on Excel - Full proficiency - Familiarity with the Unifreight software
