Quality Control Staff, Chiang Rai Unit (QC Staff)

Thai Green Nation Corporation Co., Ltd. has collaborated with the Chatungthai Community Enterprise to establish an organic tea production project in 2006. The main objective is to encourage members to transition to sustainable agricultural systems using organic production processes to help save costs and ensure sustainability in agricultural occupations. The key objectives are to reduce production costs, ensure the health of both producers and consumers, maintain natural balance, and increase the production potential of products with competitive capabilities while preparing for business in the dried tea market.

1. Inspecting raw materials entering the factory, recording weight, checking moisture, checking for contaminants, and checking for abnormalities from transportation.
2. Controlling production, supervising employees working in the production section, recording production process steps, checking the cleanliness of machinery and production lines before starting operations, checking moisture after production before packaging by performing moisture checks and taste testing, and reporting production results to the manager.
3. Overseeing factory cleanliness, controlling workers to clean according to standards, and performing Swab Tests.
4. Managing production-related documents.
5. Preparing documents and other items for annual GHP and Organic audits.
6. Managing purchase orders for factory supplies and sending products for analysis.
7. Acting as an inspector for the tea plantations of group members (Internal Auditor) with duties to conduct annual plantation inspections, maintain plantation history if there are changes or additions, prepare plantation layouts and maps if there are changes or additions, explain non-compliance issues regarding standards, prepare annual plantation inspection reports, conduct risk assessments, and issue notification documents to members.

Qualifications: Male, age not exceeding 35 years old. Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Food Science, Science, or related fields. Able to understand English (Speaking, Reading, Writing). Possess analytical thinking skills. Prioritize cleanliness. Able to use Microsoft Office. Able to work in a remote area (Mae Fa Luang District, Chiang Rai Province); likes nature and peace. Must have a personal vehicle as there is no public transportation available at the workplace.
