Procurement Specialist

Organization and procurement of aviation logistics services: searching, selecting, and interacting with subcontractors. Performing quotation calculations, analyzing tariffs and transportation terms. Conducting negotiations with airlines and agents, including in English. Resolving non-standard and problematic situations with contractors. Maintaining and updating information in the CRM system. Deep understanding of logistics routes, tariff grids, and INCOTERMS.

Requirements

Experience in procurement of logistics services (air) from 3 years Confident command of English (from B1 level): correspondence, negotiations Knowledge of the specifics of aviation transportation, understanding of business processes in logistics Negotiation and dispute resolution skills Ability to work with documentation (air waybills, etc.) and CRM Flexibility, customer orientation, ability to find common ground even with the most demanding contractors.

Higher education — Bachelor's degree; Experience: 3 years
