Sales & Marketing Manager

• Define sales and marketing strategies to increase sales and market share
• Manage the sales and marketing team, including setting goals and monitoring performance
• Expand the new customer base and maintain relationships with existing customers in the steel structure, steel manufacturing plant, construction contractor, electric pole and communication pole manufacturer, and steel component manufacturer groups
• Plan and execute marketing activities, both online and offline, to build brand awareness and increase business opportunities
• Analyze the market, industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to develop business strategies
• Provide consultation and present Hot Dip Galvanized services to suit customer requirements
• Coordinate with the production, planning, and quality control departments to ensure delivery meets standards and schedules
• Prepare sales plans, performance reports, and sales forecasts for presentation to executives
• Build and develop relationships with Key Accounts and business partners

Qualifications: Male/Female, aged 40-50 years old Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields At least 7 years of experience in sales and marketing within the industrial sector (B2B) and at least 3 years of team management experience Good command of English communication Experience in Hot Dip Galvanized business, steel structure, processed steel, steel manufacturing plants, or construction materials will be given special consideration Leadership qualities, with the ability to perform strategic planning, manage teams, and drive sales to achieve targets Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with corporate clients Data analysis and performance management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office, various programs, and digital marketing tools Possess a driver's license and can travel to meet customers or work upcountry
