Reservation Officer

1. Provide services to car rental customers, both Thai and foreign nationals.
2. Provide information via telephone to both Booking and Walk-in customers, offering car rental services on behalf of Drive Car Rental.
3. Receive bookings from customers contacting via telephone and the company website to reserve rental cars, for both Thai and foreign customers.
4. Prepare rental agreements and inspect the readiness of vehicles for service.
5. Prepare summary reports for supervisors.
6. Able to drive a car and possess a driver's license.
7. Able to communicate in English.

Qualifications:

1. Male / Female, aged 22 - 35 years and above - Bachelor's degree in a related field.
2. Able to drive a car and possess a driver's license.
3. Able to communicate well in English; if able to communicate in other languages such as Chinese or Japanese, will be given special consideration.
4. Good personality with a service mind in sales.
5. If having experience in government or private sector sales, Telesales, or Online, will be given special consideration.
6. Good interpersonal skills, problem-solving skills, good task management skills, and able to work with a team.
7. Able to work in shifts.
