Executive Secretary
• Manage appointments, meetings, and various tasks of the executive to ensure efficiency • Prepare and review documents, information, and relevant reports to support the executive's operations • Oversee and coordinate documentation, including tracking the status of documents related to approvals and disbursements • Contact and coordinate with internal departments, external parties, and business partners on behalf of the executive as assigned • Manage the executive's communications, such as telephone calls, emails, and various related coordinations • Coordinate meetings, prepare documents, and follow up on issues or action items after meetings • Prepare reports and summaries of information related to the executive's operations • Coordinate travel and off-site assignments for the executive, including provincial travel as necessary • Oversee and coordinate various missions to support the executive in performing duties efficiently • Maintain the confidentiality of information, documents, and important matters related to the executive and the organization • Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in any field Female, aged between 26–28 years Possess skills in secretarial management, coordination, and document management Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to prioritize tasks appropriately Able to work under pressure and manage changing tasks Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to coordinate appropriately with both internal and external parties Ability to maintain organizational confidentiality and the executive's important information Basic English communication skills Proficient in using Microsoft Office programs Able to drive a car, possess a driver's license, and able to travel to provinces for work as necessary Flexible working hours and able to support the executive's missions as necessary
