QC Assistant Manager
- Plan, control, and monitor quality control tasks to comply with company standards and customer requirements.
- Control the quality inspection processes for raw materials, work-in-process, and finished goods.
- Analyze quality problems, determine corrective and preventive actions, and continuously monitor performance results.
- Responsible for managing customer complaints, analyzing causes, and preparing response reports for customers, such as 8D Report, CAPA, and Root Cause Analysis.
- Contact, coordinate, and hold meetings with foreign customers in English regarding quality issues, requirements, and improvement guidelines.
- Prepare information and participate in customer audits, as well as internal and external audits.
- Verify and monitor operations to ensure compliance with quality management systems, such as ISO 9001 and other related standards.
- Prepare, analyze, and report quality data, such as Defect Rate, Customer Complaint, Yield, Rejection, and quality problem trends.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, R&D, and related departments to resolve and prevent quality problems.
- Manage and develop the QC team, including delegating tasks, monitoring results, and evaluating performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications: No gender limit, age approximately 30–45 years old. Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Industrial Management, Science, or other related fields. At least 5 years of experience in QC/QA in an industrial factory, with at least 2 years of experience at a supervisory or assistant manager level. Knowledge of quality control systems, problem analysis, and quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, 8D, CAPA, FMEA, SPC, and Root Cause Analysis. Knowledge and experience regarding ISO 9001 systems and quality auditing. Good English communication skills, including speaking, reading, writing emails, meetings, and report preparation. Skills in problem-solving, data analysis, decision-making, and team management. Proficient in using Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
